From Oct. 7 to 11, Sterilgarda will be exhibiting at Anuga 2023, the trade fair held biennially in Cologne. This event represents the largest exhibition for the Food & Beverage sector, providing a prime meeting point for global supply and demand.
With more than 60,000 visitors and 7,500 exhibitors from over 100 countries, Anuga sells out and confirms its leadership among food fairs worldwide.
This year the focus will be on the theme of “Sustainable Growth”: openness and transparency, trust and partnership, trends and transformation, are the foundations for a sustainable and equitable food system. Specifically, issues regarding economic growth and sustainability in the nutrition sector, what benefits can be gained from sustainable growth, and what paths and solutions to take globally will be explored.
The fair consists of 10 specialized halls by product category and is the largest platform for the food industry as well as an innovative marketplace and exhibition of food & beverage trends.
